Frame Warranty:
If you have a frame that’s broken for any reason, bring it in and we will replace it, with the same frame, at no charge, within 1 year of original date of purchase…period!
(Defective frame must be surrendered at the time of replacement)
Lens Warranty:
If you are under 18 on the original date of purchase, we will replace missing, scratched or damaged lenses for $25.00, per occasion, for 1 year from original date of purchase, with the same prescription, if current.
If you are 18 or over on original date of purchase, we will replace your lenses for 50% off retail, with the same prescription, if current.
If you purchased Anti-reflective coating on your lenses, you have a 2 year warranty, automatically. No questions asked, with the same prescription, if current.
If Prescription is not current, the warranty is voided.
Lifetime Adjustments and Cleanings:
We always provide free, complimentary cleaning, adjustments and minor repair for any glasses, but if they are out of warranty range or purchased elsewhere, it is at your own risk.
Restyle:
You have 30 days from original date of purchase to restyle if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Limit 1 restyle per patient, per purchase.
Since we are being lenient on what and how we will replace, we will firmly stick to the 1 year policy.
No fine print!!!
Medicaid Frame Warranty:
There is a 1 year frame warranty against manufacturer defect.
Anything deemed as abuse or damage caused by anything or anyone, voids the warranty.
Patients under 21 may qualify for a 2nd / replacement pair of glasses.
